• Steel: radha tmt
• Bricks: karimnagar red bricks
• Platsering: cement plaster with sponge finish excluding ceiling for interior walls and sand faced
• Cement plastering for exterior walls.
• Cement: ultratech or any other equivalent brand.

Electrical

• Wiring & switches: wiring of havells or equivalent and switches of legrand or equivalent.
• Power outlets for air-conditioners in halls and bedrooms.
• Power outlets for geysers in all bathrooms.
• Power plug of 15 amps for cooking range chimney, refrigerator, microwave ovens, mixer/grinder in kitchen, tv and audio systems etc., wherever necessary. Miniature circuit breakers (mcb) and elcb for each distribution boards.

Plumbing & Sanitary

• Water and sewage line: water line of ashirvad make and swr drain line of sudhakar make.
• Faucets: diverters of jaquar make or equivalent.
• Water closets: closets of jaquar make or equivalent with concealed tanks.
• Adequate points for wash area, geysers and wash basins. Additional controls for each bathroom, separate lines for each flat and ss sinks in kitchen.
